  • Processing times vary depending on the product and vendor, typically taking 3–7 business days before shipment.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic Shipping: Usually delivered within 7–15 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors or shipping carrier issues.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product and destination. Some items may offer free shipping, which will be clearly indicated.

Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policies depend on the type of product and vendor:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: These items are made specifically for you and are only eligible for returns or exchanges if there is a defect or error in production.
  • Other Returns: Returns or exchanges may not be available for all products. Please reach out to us for vendor-specific return details.

We do not currently accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders can only be adjusted or canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this time, we cannot guarantee modifications due to the fulfillment process.
